From Brief to Launch: My 6-Step Process
Discover, define, design, animate, develop, deploy — the exact framework behind 85+ launches, and why step four is where the magic lives.

1. Discover
Ninety minutes, no slides. I ask about the metric that matters — bookings, leads, prestige — and we define success before we discuss a single pixel.
2. Define
Sitemap, user flows, moodboards, and a creative brief you sign off on. This document has saved every project that ever hit turbulence. Scope is love.
3. Design
High-fidelity Figma screens, two refinement rounds, every state designed — hover, empty, error, loading. You'll never wonder 'what did they mean by that.'
4. Animate
Where design earns personality. I prototype motion before building: scroll scenes, cursor reactions, page transitions. You approve the feeling, not just the look.
5. Develop
Hand-coded Next.js with performance budgets set in step one. Semantic HTML, accessibility, and schema from line one — never bolted on at the end.
6. Deploy
Launch day is the midpoint, not the finish. Analytics review at day 30, punch-list improvements, and optionally a care plan to keep everything compounding.
