Overview
Skyline Estates sold views before foundations existed. I designed a platform where the map is the homepage — 3D massing of the Dubai skyline, price-on-pin, golden-hour renders every listing, and a content engine engineered for Dubai-local search.
Goals
- 01Make off-plan tangible: show the future view from every floor
- 02Own high-intent local queries: 'apartments in Dubai Marina', 'off-plan Palm Jumeirah'
- 03Give agents a CMS they actually enjoy using
The experience
Designed to be felt, not just seen.

Process
How it came alive.
- 01
Local Search Strategy
GEO audit: 214 Dubai micro-market keywords mapped to neighborhood landing pages with LocalBusiness + Place schema.
- 02
Map-First UX
Glassmorphic control deck over a WebGL map; price bubbles cluster and bloom as you zoom; commute-time filters.
- 03
Visualization
Floor-stacker interaction — pick a floor, watch the view render shift with the sun position.
- 04
Performance
Tiles + vector data kept initial JS under 190kb; LCP 1.6s on mid-tier Androids.
- ⚡
Animations used
- WebGL Dubai skyline map
- Pin bloom clustering
- Floor-stacker view scrub
- Golden-hour cross-fade
Design system
One palette.
One voice. Everywhere.
Typography scales, spacing rhythm, motion tokens and a color system engineered for both midnight-black luxury and sun-lit readability — documented so the brand never drifts.
